About Us

Munas Heart To Hand Foundations, initially called the “Munas Heart Nurses,” was started by NURSES in early 2019 to help families and their little ones with complex needs transition from the hospital to home when no other funding was available. Today, Munas Heart to Hand Foundations assists children and adults with complex health needs and disabilities to live independently in the community of their choice. Since 2019 Munas Heart to Hand Foundations, led by NURSES, passionate about the well-being of the people The Agency serves, has fulfilled more than 150 requests, with over $20,000 allocated in 2021.

Our Mission

The Nurses at Munas Heart To Hand Foundations INC. We provide life-changing medicines, food assistance, and medical health supplies to people in need regardless of religion, gender, race, nationality, or ethnic background. Supporters like you will help make this year an inspiring year, giving hope to thousands of people. Additionally, we aim to provide much-needed essential support, and medical assistance to those suffering from chronic conditions and illnesses.

Pharmacies, where they exist, often have bare shelves. Doctors in many countries can diagnose patients but have no medicine to treat them. And the toll on people’s lives is devastating:
Nearly 1.6 million children will die this year for the lack of simple antibiotics that are used to treat acute respiratory infections.
More than 525,000 children under the age of five will die from diarrhea, easily treated with Oral Rehydration Therapy.
In Africa alone, one in five children will die needlessly before their fifth birthday from a disease that, in the West, would otherwise be cured with basic medicines.

Donations

Your contribution truly makes a difference! One hundred percent of the dollars raised support individuals served by Munas Heart to Hand Foundations. When a client needs financial assistance, food assistance, or medical care, our dedicated team seeks low to no-cost resources to meet the need. Munas Heart To Hand Foundations Fund is used only as a last resort when no other support is available. With 50 to 300 clients served year-round, it is critical that we grow the funds needed.
